This is our take on the famous production racer of the 1980s. It is a tank of complex curves and compound angles, allowing for a comfortable riding position ideal for racing.

This tank is usually supplied with a flush-fitting Aero style fuel cap (included in the price) with an external breather tube.

We can position tap bosses in a position of your choice – simply indicate to us when placing the order where you would like them.

There are 2 “buttons” at the front of the tank, and a tab at the rear for mounting. We choose not to drill the rear-mounting tab so that you can position the tank perfectly on your own bike.

The “sump” has a cutout for throttle cable. We have in the past been asked to make this tank with a much smaller sump area – this is no problem, so please just ask upon order. Likewise, we can fit the tap bosses wherever you want.

This tank looks fantastic highly polished or painted in the traditional Ducati colours.

The price includes a full polish to a mirror finish, 2 tap bosses, and an Aero style cap with separate breather.

All our fuel tanks are handmade to order from aluminium sheet using time honoured techniques. This means that no two tanks we make are actually the same, making each and every TAB tank unique.
