This is our popular “Lyta” style Sprint tank especially modified to fit the Hinckley Thruxton/Bonnie. This retro classic is perfect for creating that Cafe Racer look.

We make this tank as “bolt on” as possible using the stock tank mounts front and rear. In the tunnel we weld on hooks that pick up on the rubber front mounts and at the rear we fit the tank with rubber bushes and this can be attached to the frame using the stock bolts.

However, this tank is longer than the stock tank so when fitting this tank on the Hinckley Thruxton or Bonnie the seat will need to be shortened slightly. This is not as difficult as it sounds and is a fairly straightforward procedure – if you have any questions please feel free to ask one of our team.

No modification or fabrication is needed to your frame.

The tank is fitted with 2 1/4BSP tap bosses, so a little plumbing is required.

We can supply all of the parts needed to mount the tank and get your bike up and running in no time for a small additional fee.

This tank will only fit the Carb version of the Hinckley Triumphs.

The price includes a full polish to a mirror finish, 2 tap bosses, rear mounting rubbers, and a Monza style cap of your choice (2″ or 2.5″).
