We can make the tanks with either the Monza (flip top) or the Aero (flush mounting) caps
This tank is designed to fit the “Tonti” framed Moto Guzzi, so called after the famous Italian engineer Lino Tonti.
The tank mounts using “hooks” in the tunnel that pick up on the lower rubber bushes at the front and at the rear we weld on a “button” for use with a rubber band. See the photographs for the mounting position.
On some Guzzi’s the ignition switch bezel is located just behind the handlebars, our tanks do not make allowance for this so if this is the case then the ignition switch will need to be relocated.
This tank looks stunning polished, painted or part-polished.
The price includes a full polish to a mirror finish, 2 M16 tap bosses, and a 2.5″ Monza style cap – an Aero cap is available for an extra £90.
All our fuel tanks are handmade to order from aluminium sheet using time honoured techniques. This means that no two tanks we make are actually the same, making each and every TAB tank unique.
