Norton Commando/Dominator 961 style fuel tank

At last, an affordable tank for this quintessential modern classic. Introducing, our first new tank for quite a while. A completely handcrafted tank for the Norton Commando/Dominator 961. Not some factory produced copy, this is an honest Café Racer tank – handmade, hand-panned, English-Wheeled and gas welded just like they should be.

We have taken on board comments from the 961 community and made some modifications to the stock tank. This tank comes complete with a blind-tapped pump boss so your stock pump is a simple bolt-in, improved mounts, rubber lined battery box area, and a period flip-top Monza cap with built-in breather.
We can offer this tank with either a mirror-finish polish to show off the aluminium, or if you prefer, we can scurf the surface in readiness for a custom paint job (or even part polish part paint if you like). Just let us know when placing your order.

This tank uses the stock frame mounts front and back and works perfectly with the stock seat.

All our fuel tanks are handmade to order from aluminium sheet using time honoured techniques. This means that no two tanks we make are actually the same, making each and every TAB tank unique.
